Story Synopsis:
Ten-year-old Donna (Butterworth) stands to inherit $30 million after she picks one of her nutty uncles (all played by Lewis) to be her new father. While they're all a bit strange, she has to pick one, and she's not sure if they really love her or only want a part of "The Family Jewels." To make matters worse, Donna only wants her chauffeur Willard (again played by Lewis) to be her new dad, but he's not one of her dad's brothers. What's a poor girl to do? (Tricia Spears)
DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD picture looks quite nice, with satisfying sharpness and detail, vivid colors, and a generally clean source element. While fleshtones tend to look a bit brown, blacks are quite deep and solid; and reds, blues, and greens pop from the screen. Objects look a bit oversharpened, with telltale halos apparent at times. Only a few artifacts are noticed in the source element. (Suzanne Hodges)
